In my final semester as a BFA student at Maine College of Art, I used my thesis to explore an interest in nostalgia and the unreliability of memory. The way I depict particular moments in my childhood falls somewhere in between the true event and the way I recall it today. Through print and collected objects, I built a physical space for those childhood memories to exist in all the gilded glory that I remember them to be.
